Excellent Luggage, Even Better Customer Service

Had such a great experience with GeniusPack! I had an issue (mostly of my own doing), and Lindsay, the Customer Service Lead, went truly above and beyond to help me out. On top of this - the hardshell carry on is a dream. The wheels roll so smoothly, the case fits everything, and is sturdy enough to have a pretty heavy backpack on top. Will definitely keep supporting this company!!

Still one of my faves

I love my genius pack pieces, I have several.The carry on with the power option, I found, did have a small issue with taking up valuable space although pretty minimal I think I’ll choose to power up via another route. I have the charger, the flight bag and, of course, my purse so. May charge outside the carry on. It looks and feels smooth as always.

Well made and easy to use

So far my experience has been near flawless. Handle slides easily, build is good quality and size wise it is perfect. Only one small request for the company - some of us have much larger capacity (and sized) batteries that we would like to put in the compartment! Please consider making that pocket larger. Other than that it's the perfect suitcase for me!
